Claudia has been a resourceful leader in the financial services industry for over 35 years. Her career to date, was spent at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York where she served in various positions of strategic and tactical leadership. Her capstone role was Deputy Chief Operating Officer of the Supervision Group where her work was under the banner of operational excellence. In various roles at the NY Fed, she directed a range of complex projects to advance organizational improvement and actualize key institutional objectives.
Claudia joined The Alternative Board (TAB) as a Director in 2021. She is curating a board in the Princeton area and is looking forward to sharing her experiences in planning, process improvement, governance, compliance, and risk management with her clients. Claudia’s personal passion is to advance initiatives that support the success of women and provide both developmental opportunities as well as enhanced connectivity and visibility for them.
Claudia is a member of the MBA Advisory Board at The College of New Jersey. She is on the Board of Directors at 4Ry, a company innovating spraying technology, focused on developing and marketing electrostatic atomizers. She serves on two non-profit Boards in Mercer County: the Princeton-Blairstown Center, where she will assume the Board Chair role after June 2021 and HomeFront, where she is a board member and serves on the Audit and Risk Management and Planning Committees. Claudia earned a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Pace University.
