Glenn's entrepreneurial journey began in 1991, when at 19 years old he opened a single auto parts store. Over the next 32 years, his business evolved into a thriving B2B enterprise with six locations and over 100 team members. From the start, he recognized that strong leadership would be essential to long-term success. This understanding fueled his commitment to continuous improvement, not just in the business itself, but in his own development as a leader.
In his mid-30s, Glenn hired a CEO coach empowering him to restructure both his management team and his leadership role. This shift enabled him to step back from day-to-day responsibilities and return to college at age 40, where he earned a business degree. His mission was never just to build a profitable company, but to create one with a positive culture guided by the values and mission of the company.
A key part of that journey was Glenn’s 14-year membership with The Alternative Board (TAB) of Central NJ. Monthly board meetings and one to one coaching provided a forum for strategic thinking, peer feedback, and high-level decision-making across areas like expansion, HR, and finance. Just as importantly, TAB offered Glenn the space to step outside of his business and focus on long-term goals and priorities.
In 2023, he successfully sold his company to a private equity-backed strategic buyer.
Today, Glenn serves as a TAB facilitator and coach for Central New Jersey. He draws on over three decades of hands-on business and leadership experience to support other entrepreneurs as they grow their companies with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
